Spin around a sports ball (gaelic,rugby ball, soccer ball etc). Spin around the ball 14 times as seen in the example video of Gareth Bale, and then run to another ball which is ideally 5 yards away or at a minimum 4 yards away. Running to the next ball, the individual tries to kick that ball. This can be done on any ground that has grass.
